Q: What shipping company do you use to deliver the orders?
A: All orders will be shipped safely using UPS.
Q: How soon will my order be processed and shipped out?
A: Routine orders can be processed within 24-48 hours. Any orders placed on Friday, on holidays or over the weekend will not be processed until Monday or our next opening business day.
Q: What if the item I have ordered is out of stock?
A: Although we do keep stock of items, occasionally items are out of stock. In that case we will substitute the ordered item for another of greater value.

A: Every basket is wrapped in colored or clear cellophane, both hygienic and attractive, finished off with a matching contoured ribbon or artificial flowers or arrangement.
Q: What happens if a basket is damaged or broken?

Q: Can a message be sent with my gift?
A: All baskets are sent with a personalized message from you. Please include your message in the designated area and your gift will be delivered with a gift card.
Q: What if I need to cancel or change my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped we cannot cancel.
Q: I see gift baskets without prices. What does this mean?
A: This may be a new design or an error in not pricing. Baskets without prices, customer need to email us or call our toll free customer number for those type situations.
