Our product are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged , should you need to return , basket should be return in their original package container and all product items listed intact.
If any item falls short of your expectations, please notify us immediately at our Toll Free customer service number, 1866-765-7414 (COMMERCIAL TELEMARKERTERS ARE NOT ALLOW TO CALL, NOR WILL CALLS BE ACCEPTED ON THIS LINE). If you have a problem with any of our baskets, food product or gift items, problems with order must be reported within 24 hours of its arrival. We will send you a prompt refund, replacement or full credit (excluding original shipping and handling charges), whichever you prefer, on any items returned to us within 7 days. We will substitute for another item that is greater or equal in value. Perishable, personalized or special purchase items cannot be returned. There will be a 20% restock fee on custom baskets.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY:
Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the gift purchased. There will be a charge for a second delivery if we are given an incorrect address.
If being delivered by one of our drivers and the recipient is not home, our driver will try to:
a) Leave the gift with a neighbor, office worker, if requested
b) Leave a note on the recipient's door so they can call us to arrange a re-delivery, or
c) Leave the basket at the delivery address if it seems safe to do so unless you instruct us otherwise.
After one delivery attempts, an additional delivery charge will be applied.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or refund orders.
Chocolates cannot be shipped in summer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and completed shipping information, which will include:

RETURNS / REFUND POLICY:
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of order. Perishable and fragile products can not be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged. In the event that a Return/Refund is arranged, please note that any Shipping or Courier charges will not be refunded, unless products unless stated by Baskets Galore by Sylvia .
If we are out of a particular product you have selected for one of your baskets ( i.e. a specific coffee, chocolate, cookie, etc.), our Designer may substitute a similar product of equal or greater value in it¿s place. Note that this substitution policy applies only to the products. In the event that we are out of stock of a particular Chest, Basket, one of our representatives will contact you to discuss substitution alternatives.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD:
Like most online shopping sites which use realtime credit card authorization and processing, we charge our customer's credit card at the time the order is placed. Unless the order specifically requests a Delayed Delivery Date, all orders are shipped within 3 business days. Customers placing Delayed Delivery Date orders may, at their discretion, elect to submit their orders using Contact Customer instead of Pay By Credit Card. Orders submitted as Contact Customer will be charged when the order is shipped.
