Why Thank Your Customers? |
Thanking your customers, why you should and how ...... Your customers make up 100% of your profits, yet we spend a lot of money and time beating the bushes for new customers and not much time thanking those responsible for 20%,30%,50% or 100% of our business, those who help keep the lights on or rent paid etc. One lesson I have learned is to take a little time and thank your customers, maybe a day or two later thanking them again thru emails, thank you card or a discount etc. Keep in mind that many consumers appreciate the personalized service and the "real" personal human contact that small business provide. Many also like to support small businesses and help the community. As a small business owner I never want the customer to feel like they are not value. I end by saying that I add nothing new in this blog... Just a reminder!
