Custom Orders Only

Baskets Galore by Sylvia creates fully custom gift baskets. We do not carry premade baskets or mass‑produced designs. Every basket is handcrafted to order with care and attention to detail.

Because each basket is custom‑made:

• Custom baskets are non‑returnable

• All sales are final once the basket is completed

Credit Card Policy

Your credit card is not charged until your custom basket is completed and ready for delivery.
You may cancel your order at any time before the basket is finished with no penalty.

Once the basket is completed, the sale becomes final.

Delivery Only — No Pickup

We do not offer customer pickup.
We do not have a public storefront; all work is done in our private workshop.
For your convenience, all orders are delivered directly to the recipient’s address through our contracted delivery service.

No Shipping

We do not offer shipping at this time.
All baskets are delivered locally within our service area.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel anytime before the basket is completed at no charge.
If the basket is already finished, no refund can be issued.
All cancellations must be made by phone so we can assist you quickly.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• The order was canceled before the basket was completed

• A delivery error occurred on our end

• An item inside the basket was damaged during delivery (photo required within 24 hours)

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is contracted out.

• Delivery fee: $19.99

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or no one available to receive the basket, a second delivery fee may apply. We do not handle all of Jacksonville Fl, so please have correct zip code, address to give to customer service.
